I was born and raised in Southern California. After school, I joined the army where I served as an air traffic controller in Fort Hood, Texas. After my stint in the army, I returned to California and started school. I also began my career in sales and customer service, gaining experience in the health services, temporary employee services, telecommunications, and real estate industries.
In 1991, I moved to Maine with my family and continued my customer service career in the senior housing industry. From there, I moved into media sales and service where I was the west coast regional manager for an imaging and document management publication. There I was introduced to online marketing via the company’s first website. I traveled the country extensively during this time earning the title “Road Warrior.”
Most recently, I was a customer service analyst with a large healthcare services corporation. I joined the Dream Local Digital team in February 2016 as a client success coordinator.
In my spare time, I enjoy walking four miles a day with my Shetland Sheepdog Rachel. I also enjoy gardening (growing Dahlias, in particular), cooking (Italian, and experimenting with new recipes, most of which are successful) and entertaining. I love reading while floating on the river in the summertime. I have recently returned to playing the flute, which I enjoyed while I was growing up.
