I was born in Richmond, VA, and moved to South Portland, Maine with my family when I was 7 years old in 2001. I attended South Portland schools and graduated high school in 2012.
I continued my education at University of Maine’s flagship campus in Orono. This past December, I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a minor in Psychology. Along with my undergraduate studies, I was a member of the Beta Theta Pi fraternity, the American Marketing Association, and Common Sense Action bipartisan advocacy group. My first true taste of Marketing was during my time in American Marketing Association, where I was part of a team that helped the start-up company, Tip Whip, with formulating their first marketing strategy and beginning stages of execution in the Orono area.
In my spare time, I enjoy all kinds of music. I have a growing collection of vinyl and love taking in a live show. On the weekends, you’ll probably find me at Port City Music Hall, the State Theater, or Portland House of Music. As far as my favorite band, nothing beats a live Phish show! In my free time, I also like playing online games with my friends on my PC. I enjoy Steam game offerings as well as Overwatch and Battlefield.
Random fact about myself: If this were the world of Harry Potter, I would have been sorted in house Hufflepuff (#BadgerPride) per Pottermore in 2012.
