Dream Local hires new intern, Keely O’Connell

Get to know one of our Summer 2017 Interns and #HoneyBadger, Keely.

Keely grew up in Camden, Maine, and graduated from Camden Hills Regional High School in 2015. She is currently attending Emerson College in Boston and working towards receiving a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Communications. She also has a minor in Political Communications and hopes to someday be able to work on marketing for political campaigns. Dream Local Digital is her first internship, and she couldn’t be more excited.

In her spare time, Keely enjoys reading, spending time with friends, discovering new music, as well as working small side jobs as a freelance makeup artist. She spent the first semester of her sophomore year in the Netherlands, and traveled to eight countries that semester. During the summers she works full time at Megunticook Market in Camden, and during the school year she is lucky enough to work in the theaters on campus.
