The Production Client Services Specialist is focused on providing excellent customer service to our clients and business partners with a focus on Websites, SEO and Paid Ads. Those in this position will work to ensure client satisfaction by managing client relationships, setting correct expectations, gathering client assets, supporting the team, assisting in production, and communicating with clients effectively. They are the Ambassador for the company, promoting Dream Local to the local/national community. Therefore, conduct must be professional at all times.
